Our
set up consists of good quality machines from reputed manufactures.
We have in house Tool room . The design department is well
equipped with softwares like AUTO-CAD & UNIGRAPHICS for
Die design, part development & assemblies by our qualified
Engineers.
Production is carried out with the facility of computerized
fully automatic m/cs like Cincinaty for moulding all kind
of plastic components upto 400 grms. Our Assembly line of
plastic and sheet metal component is facilitated with a series
of pneumatic m/cs.
We follow up stage inspection method to ensure timely delivery
of quality products & with in effective cost, that is
what our Quality Policy tells. |
